RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETUN OR EXCHANGE OF ANY KIND, unless -

Damage in transit - Kindly inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at goldkissed.in@gmail.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require an uncut unboxing video as a proof of an on arrival damage. If the package proves to be damaged, a pick up and exchange will be initiated from our end within 5-7 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the order is placed and confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

For changes in the order before it has been shipped, kindly e- mail us on goldkissed.in@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it. Updates/changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.
REFUND POLICY

We will only be refunding the amount if the product is damaged or if you have received a wrong product, for which an uncut video proof is required.

No other kind of refunds will be entertained.
